Ella brings a strong background in both childcare and disability support, with almost three years of experience in the industry. She has a particular interest in trauma-informed care and supporting individuals with complex needs, including those with ASD Level 3. She has supported a wide range of ages and is confident working with both verbal and non-verbal individuals, including those with high care and behavioural needs. Ella is known for her calm, patient approach and her ability to build genuine, trusting relationships with the people she supports and their families. Ella is currently completing her Certificate III in Individual Support and is passionate about continuing to grow her skills. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, getting creative with arts and crafts, and relaxing with friends.
