Bridie is studying Speech Pathology at the University of Adelaide. Growing up with a family member who has cerebral palsy, gave her a lifelong understanding of the value of support and inspired both her love for helping people and her choice to study speech pathology. This personal experience also led Bridie to become a support worker, as she enjoys making a meaningful difference in people’s everyday lives and building strong, supportive relationships. Bridie grew up on a farm in a small community, which is why she deeply values the importance of community and connection. In her free time, she enjoys staying active through swimming, pilates, and walks, as well as spending time with family and friends and being by the ocean.
