Caitlin is one of the friendly faces behind our admin team at Advanced Abilities! With her bubbly, caring and creative personality, she brings so much warmth, positivity and laughter to our team. Working across administration and social media, Caitlin loves connecting with our clients, getting to know their unique personalities and building meaningful relationships with everyone she meets. She has a genuine passion for helping others and loves being part of a team that makes a positive difference in people’s lives every day. Whether she’s helping things run smoothly behind the scenes, coming up with creative ideas or having a chat with our clients and staff, Caitlin always brings a friendly smile and a positive attitude! Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys going for walks, catching up with friends over coffee and most importantly, spending quality time with her brother Dan, who has Down syndrome. The two are best friends and share an incredibly special bond! Caitlin’s personal connection to disability makes her role at Advanced Abilities even more meaningful and her kindness, compassion and genuine love for people shine through in everything she does.
